Overview

The Associate HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team by managing key aspects of employee onboarding, compliance, and administrative processes. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.

  • Manage I-9 forms for compliance.
  • Oversee aide requisition management.
  • Process new hires in ADP.
  • Coordinate background checks and drug screenings.
  • Create offer letters for new hires.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for clinicians.
  • Handle rehire processing for returning employees.
  • Collaborate with HR team and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure efficient HR operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in HR or related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proven multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
