In Short

  • Be the go-to person for associates, answering their questions and ensuring they thrive at work.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for smooth onboarding of new clinicians.
  • Help associates navigate challenges and resolve concerns.
  • Deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new clinicians.
  • Run quarterly recertification checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Support retention efforts by identifying engagement challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of client documentation.
  • Assist in implementing new processes and engagement projects.
  • Keep associate handbooks and procedures updated.
  • Help track engagement trends through surveys.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in People Ops, HR or People support role, ideally in a high-growth start-up.
  • Understanding of UK employment laws and IR35 regulation.
  • Strong communication skills to connect with people at all levels.
  • Passionate about building a supportive workplace culture.
  • Solutions focused and able to navigate change effectively.
