  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Help resolve challenges and concerns for associates.
  • Run quarterly recertification checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Support retention efforts by identifying engagement challenges.
  • Ensure high standards of client documentation.
  • Assist in rolling out new processes and engagement projects.
  • Keep associate handbooks and procedures up to date.
  • Track trends from engagement surveys to improve the associate experience.
  • Work closely with clinicians to enhance their engagement and motivation.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong people skills.
  • Experience in HR or people operations is preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and empathetically.
  • Strong organizational skills for record-keeping and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing data and documentation.
  • Experience in engagement initiatives is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
