In Short

  • Join a growing team as a Customer Services Advisor.
  • Respond to merchant enquiries via Zendesk.
  • Resolve issues related to order status and product questions.
  • Own merchant communications from start to finish.
  • Maintain brand tone of voice in communications.
  • Meet quality and efficiency targets for ticket handling.
  • Contribute to team knowledge and suggest improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Services team.
  • Handle multiple priorities efficiently under pressure.
  • Available to work UK or US hours with flexibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with customer service platforms, preferably Zendesk.
  • Self-motivated and good time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
  • Friendly and personable approach.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or fulfilment services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack.
