ProcureAbility's Advisory group is searching for a Director. This position will manage and deliver workstreams within various client projects, focusing on procurement and supply chain consulting.

In Short

• Manage procurement-related operational assessments and strategic sourcing.
• Engage with clients on various procurement initiatives.
• Lead teams of consultants and analysts.
• Conduct spend assessments and category management.
• Support internal initiatives such as market research and supplier evaluation.
• Participate in business development and practice development efforts.
• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analytics and presentations.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of procurement consulting experience.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or as a practitioner.
• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields from a recognized institution.
• Proven track record in managing consulting projects.
• Expert-level skills in financial assessments and data analytics.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
