Staff Technical Program Manager, GTM Systems - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, GTM Systems to join Procore’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Product & Engineering team. In this role, you will accelerate the outcomes of the Go-To-Market Product & Engineering scrum teams by driving clarity among multiple priorities and uniting cross-functional teams to operate with velocity. Our GTM Product & Engineering team builds highly scalable, reliable capabilities on Salesforce & adjacent platforms with integrations to other Enterprise SaaS applications including Zuora, NetSuite, Product Infrastructure and automates manual business processes.

In Short

• Partner with Business and Technology leaders to execute the strategy for one or more key programs to build Go-To-Market domain capabilities.
• Drive multi-year multi-phase program roadmaps, budgets, resource allocation plans across multiple contributing teams.
• Develop program charters ensuring the scope aligns with business priorities.
• Develop & deliver program plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support defining a cross-functional program structure.
• Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing company with an evolving business model.
• Establish program operating rhythms leading cross-functional meetings and fostering teamwork.
• Communicate progress, report status, providing relevant insights across organizational boundaries and levels.
• Manage and track program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field.
• 8+ years of Program Management experience, including 6 or more years leading multiple complex technology-focused programs.
• Self-starter able to track complex and/or large volume of details.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding communication skills appropriate for engineers and executive-level audiences.
• Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries.
• Good understanding of SaaS technologies.
• Knowledge of Go-To-Market domain (Lead to Cash processes).
