Overview

The Premier Customer Support Representative will provide quality and efficient customer service to Upmarket customers, developing relationships and understanding their business goals while collaborating with various teams.

  • Join immediately as part of the Customer Support division.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Customer Support.
  • Ability to resolve complex customer and product issues.
  • Commitment to building customer relationships.
  • Active listening and perceptive skills.
  • Enjoy problem-solving and quick assessment of situations.
  • Highly collaborative and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional follow-through skills.
  • Experience with C-Suite customers preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce preferred.
