Overview

Bullseye Strategy is seeking Customer Support Representatives to provide assistance to customers regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and claims.

In Short

  • Remote position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
  • Hourly rate ranges from $23 to $35.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Analyze problems and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain positive customer relations and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the database.
  • Meet quality and performance measures in customer service.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Provide support for difficult or upset customers.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives annually.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Proficient written communication and ability to learn new software.
  • Moderate keyboarding skills with database management experience.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Access to high-speed internet and a designated workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company information.
