• Full-time/part-time remote position.
• Supports customers by resolving concerns and answering questions.

• Requires availability from 8am to 4pm EDT.
• 3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Requirements

• Available to work 8am to 4pm EDT.
• 3 years previous experience in Customer Service.
• DME experience highly preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• High attention to detail.
• Dependable and adaptable.
