Overview

The Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for managing the recruitment life cycle within their designated business portfolio, focusing on recruitment for Sales and complex positions across various departments.

  • Advise hiring managers on candidate profiles and engagement strategies.
  • Achieve talent acquisition performance metrics.
  • Lead various talent acquisition-related projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with management and key stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of complex recruitment experience, especially in healthcare sales.
  • 4+ years of recruitment for Field Sales roles.
  • Experience with ATS and candidate mining technologies.
  • Strong consultative, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in direct sourcing and staffing strategies.
  • Familiarity with recruiting trends and laws.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
