Director, Care Advice Line (Registered Nurse) - Remote

Overview

This position requires a full compact RN license and RN license in CT, DC & CA. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Care Advice Line to lead and oversee our national 24/7 Nurse Triage Line.

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the 24/7 Nurse Triage Line.
• Manage the department budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of triage nurses.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Monitor call metrics and patient satisfaction for continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with physicians and care teams.

• Address escalated patient concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with compact state license required.
• Master’s degree preferred, BSN required.
• Minimum 5+ years of nursing leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of nurse triage protocols.
• Experience managing large teams in a 24/7 setting.
• Experience in operational management and process improvement.
• Proficiency in call center technology and EMR systems.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools in healthcare.
