The Credentialing Systems Director at Privia Health is responsible for managing the CredentialStream software, optimizing credentialing and enrollment workflows, and ensuring effective collaboration with various teams to enhance the platform's value.

• Serve as the CredentialStream Subject Matter Expert and Senior Administrator.
• Manage the relationship with CredentialStream vendor.
• Develop and maintain credentialing and enrollment workflows.
• Create metrics-related reports and dashboards.
• Oversee data management and system updates.
• Implement training programs for associates.
• Identify and address process gaps.
• Communicate product needs to development and QA teams.

Requirements

• High School Graduate.
• Experience with CredentialStream is required.
• Knowledge of credentialing, enrollment, and onboarding processes.
• Experience in vendor relationship management.
• 3+ years in change/project management.
• Proficiency in Excel functions.
• Preferred experience with athenahealth’s tools.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
