Overview

The Care Advice Line RN I will provide on-demand telephone-based care management services through a 24/7 Nurse Advice Line, assisting patients with their healthcare needs and coordinating care.

In Short

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient care and triage.
  • Consult with team members for care planning and coordination.
  • Record patient data in medical record systems.
  • Provide health information and coaching to patients.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Work effectively in a remote environment.
  • 1+ years of RN experience required.
  • Pay range: $25-30/hour, based on experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of RN experience in relevant settings.
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Compact Resident RN in good standing.
  • Availability to work 10-30 hours per week.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong computer and tech skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Willingness to prioritize patient needs.
