The Care Advice Line Health Advisor provides real-time support for telephonic Care Advice Line functions, ensuring effective communication and assistance to patients and healthcare providers.

In Short

• Support the Care Advice Line call queue after hours and throughout the year.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and according to SOP.
• Provide effective written and verbal communications to patients and caregivers.
• Accurately identify patients' needs and triage calls appropriately.
• Chart in the EMR accurately according to healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with the integrated care team for care coordination.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and making referrals.
• Motivate patients towards proactive health management.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant clinical experience and educational background.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical competency for telephonic support.
• Able to remain patient and polite in all situations.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
