The Senior Customer Success Manager will drive the expansion, retention, and adoption of a strategic account portfolio within the Customer Success Team at Prismic, focusing on building strong relationships with high-value clients.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a Senior CSM or similar role with focus on cross-sell and upsell.
  • Experience in fast-growing companies with a product-led growth model.
  • Proven ability to drive growth across enterprise accounts.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Understanding of digital experience trends and marketing workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • AI experience to enhance work productivity.
  • Fluency in French is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
