Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in account management/customer success.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing customer contracts.
  • Successful background in customer success or account management.
  • Ability to lead technical conversations effectively.
  • Experience in development, testing, or data management environments.
  • Understanding of DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD.
  • Team player with sales and delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of customer success tools like Gainsight.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
