The Epic Analyst Associate, Orders role involves configuring programs and providing technical assistance to customer departments while maintaining databases for supported applications.

• Configures programs, screens, pathways, and reports.
• Supports I/S Epic Analysts and maintains databases.
• Prioritizes development initiatives with assigned departments.
• Maintains system hardware/software for supported applications.
• Analyzes workflow and recommends solutions.
• Coordinates and resolves system problems.
• Assists in managing system upgrades and small projects.
• Interacts with users to resolve application-related issues.
• Participates in disaster recovery planning.
• Completes tasks on time and ensures data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services or related field.
• Associate degree with two years of related experience may be considered.
• High School Diploma with five years of IT experience may be considered.
• EPIC module certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Preferred knowledge of SQL database and project management software.
• Preferred experience in health care software applications.
