Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10 to 20 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ASHRAE standards and building codes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and CAD.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with HVAC calculation software.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• General knowledge of construction costs.
