Overview

The Health Plan Account Manager is responsible for supporting Employer Account Executives and managing relationships with Employer Groups, ensuring effective communication and member satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
• 2 years of Client Service/Account Management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to balance competing goals and risks.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Healthcare or PBM industry experience preferred.
• Prior pharmacy technician experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment.
