Overview

The Consultant Relations Principal is responsible for building trusted, strategic relationships with key consultant and Blues plan partners to enhance Prime’s reputation, broaden market influence, and support profitable sales growth.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers.
• Develop and execute consultant engagement plans.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance sales strategies.

• Support business development efforts with Blues plans.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8 years of sales and account management experience in healthcare.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with consultant engagement strategies.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
• Preferred: Experience with Blues plans.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
