We are looking for a Business Unit Manager - Security to strengthen our team, responsible for the strategic and operational development of the business area.

In Short

  • Identify new customer potentials and acquire new distribution partners in the channel.
  • Sales and consulting of software solutions in the security sector.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the enterprise software sector, ideally from the security environment.
  • Experience in distribution.
  • Understanding of trade business and fundamental economic contexts.
  • High willingness to travel in the DACH region.
  • Customer-oriented communication skills.
  • Enjoy working with people and being sociable over the phone, via email, and in person.
  • Independent, structured, and precise working style.
  • Goal- and results-oriented action.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and consistent implementation of measures to increase revenue.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to lead teams in a motivating and goal-oriented manner.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Interest in innovative IT topics and understanding of IT processes.
  • Ability to maintain composure and overview under stress.
  • Strong MS Office skills and fast typing are required.
