Overview

Prepared is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of cross-functional initiatives across both customer-facing and internal projects. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive end-to-end project execution, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions that support our mission: bringing lifesaving technology to public safety professionals and the communities they serve.

In Short

• Lead Project Execution from kickoff to completion.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for onboarding and implementation projects.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to fit project needs.
• Proactively identify risks and manage escalations.
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving tools and workflows.
• Support broader initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Proactive, structured thinker who thrives in ambiguity.
• Strong communicator with the ability to distill complex ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and using tools like Notion, Asana, or Jira.
• Curious and continuously seeks process improvements.
