Overview

The PM Corporate and National Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of PM Corporate Operations and Shared Services and the Director of National PM Operations in managing and optimizing multifamily property operations.

In Short

  • Oversee daily operations of the multifamily property management portfolio.
  • Address operational issues and identify best practices.
  • Assess and implement new proptech to improve processes.
  • Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes.
  • Lead or contribute to PM special projects.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Some travel required.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Property Management Operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing or similar.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Problem-solving and solutions-oriented abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi).
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
