National Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The National Operations Manager will play a key support role within the Tenant Advisory team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the business.

In Short

• Maintain and update critical databases, including Salesforce.
• Format and prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
• Oversee the submission of agent expense claims.
• Distribute RFDs/RFPs and manage internal communication.
• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events.
• Generate and review WIP reports for forecasting.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage IT issues and facilitate resolutions.
• Organize and run state and national meetings.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.
• A Diploma or Certificate in Administration is desirable.
