Overview

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects in medical communications, ensuring that deliverables are met on time while collaborating with various teams.

• Manage up to 20 projects simultaneously
• Track project deliverables and ensure due dates are met
• Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes
• Oversee internal and external meeting logistics
• Prepare and review invoicing documents
• Facilitate assignment team meetings
• Work closely with logistics vendors for meeting planning
• Communicate status updates to clients and teams
• Contribute to the development of reports as required
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or internships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
