• Manage and mentor project support staff.
• Develop flexible methodologies for project support.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Participate in the hiring and training of new staff.
• Develop operational methodologies and standards.
• Provide resources and training for personnel.
• Manage workload and performance of staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Mentor staff in clinical study monitoring.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 5 years of clinical research experience or relevant experience.
• Direct line management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Professional level English communication skills.
