• Seeking a Manager, Project Support Service to lead project support staff.
• Develop methodologies to optimize administrative support for project teams.
• Mentor and coach project support staff to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the hiring and training of new project support staff.
• Manage workload and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
• Develop training plans and hold personnel accountable for training goals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Work remotely from Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
• Direct line management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and customer service demeanor.
• Ability to communicate in English at a professional level.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant regulations.
