In Short

• Provide line management to project support staff.
• Develop flexible methodologies to optimize administrative support.
• Mentor and coach PSS staff to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established SOPs and project plans.
• Participate in the interview process for new staff.
• Develop operational methodologies and standards for PSS roles.
• Manage workload and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
• Train personnel in clinical study monitoring and regulations.
• Conduct onboarding training for new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
• Direct line management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Professional level English communication skills.
