Associate Manager, Client Finance - Remote

Overview

The Associate Manager, Client Finance will review and manage the overall financial management for our client portfolio, reporting, general day-to-day activities, and related month end close duties.

In Short

• Supervise monthly project accounting efforts and lead status meetings.
• Review and reconcile contracts and project setups.
• Report project financials to stakeholders.
• Manage client invoicing and unbilled revenue aging.
• Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and audits.
• Mentor junior staff and provide best practices.
• Identify cost savings and process efficiencies.
• Collaborate with FP&A for variance explanations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Project Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
