Overview

The Executive Director of Project Management is responsible for leading a team of Directors and ensuring the successful delivery of clinical study projects while meeting quality, scope, cost, and time objectives.

• Manage and provide leadership to Directors and project teams.
• Drive strategy for planning and execution of clinical study projects.
• Ensure project objectives are met in terms of quality, scope, cost, and time.
• Interact with study sponsors and manage escalations.
• Optimize profitability and resource allocations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project managers.
• Conduct evaluations and implement changes for projects.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a high-quality standard and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in clinical research and project management.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
