In Short

• Serve as primary point-of-contact and escalation point to the client
• Coordinate and oversee all functional services including external vendors
• Manage the study budget and develop comprehensive project plans
• Establish tracking metrics to monitor trial progress
• Prepare project status updates and report on progress
• Lead team meetings and communicate effectively with clients
• Travel as necessary according to project needs
• Mentor, train, and supervise staff
• Support business development and marketing activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience
• 3 years of direct project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
