Overview

Senior Projects Managers are crucial to the success of Clinical Trials managed by Innovaderm. They are the main point of contact internally as well as externally, ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and as expected.

In Short

• Lead clinical project management for Global Phase III trials.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and manage client interactions.
• Oversee project planning and deliverables preparation.
• Ensure quality and risk management of studies.
• Control project budget and timelines effectively.
• Lead and train project teams.
• Work with various internal teams and vendors.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical project management experience required.
• Experience with multinational studies and vendor management.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a related field of study to clinical research.
• At least 10 years industry experience including 3 years in a CRO.
• Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards.
• Fluency in English required; bilingualism is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in leading clinical trials across multiple regions.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.
• Strong ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
• Experience with inflammatory bowel diseases or oncology trials is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
