Director or Senior Manager of Business Operations / Strategic Finance - Remote

Overview

Pragma is building the modern operating system for game development, trusted by 100+ game studios including Square Enix, Sony, EA, Gardens, Brain Jar Games and more. The company is looking for an experienced business professional to support the COO and leadership team in business operations, go-to-market / revenue operations, and people operations.

In Short

• Support COO and leadership team in business operations, revenue operations, and people operations.
• Maintain financial forecast and model for company and business lines.
• Develop and standardize operating dashboards and reporting.
• Manage accounting/finance/tax partner relationships.
• Contribute to growth initiatives with sales and marketing leadership.
• Support custom solution proposals for Enterprise customers.
• Optimize operational workflows as needed.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Travel a few times a year for company offsites.
• Work in a remote-first environment with semi-annual in-person meetups.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in finance, bizops, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling and accounting fluency.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and finance tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience leveraging AI for optimizing workflows.
• Startup experience is a plus.
