In Short

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all requirements are gathered and met.
• Facilitate research projects and systematically arrange necessary information for each project.
• Facilitate and oversee the execution of CLE department's tech projects, including enhancements and bug fixes submitted to the IT department.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Assist subject matter experts and stakeholders in ensuring continuous progress in the development of PLI’s knowledge base (KB).
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned and achieved within set timelines.
• Effectively utilize task management tools to track project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of MCLE accreditation requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with department colleagues to gain an understanding of their tasks and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of experience; project management certification (PMP) or LEAN Six Sigma a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a licensing, certification, continuing education, or professional development setting.
• Proficiency in task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Wrike, Airtable, etc.), with experience in ClickUp a major plus.
• Strong knowledge with CRMs, Salesforce a major plus.
• Familiarization with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Proficiency in utilizing generative AI and large language model tools a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects of varying sizes and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of licensing and continuing education requirements like CLE, CPE, or CPD a plus.
