• Responsible for processes, technologies and tools used to collect, analyze and present financial and operational data.
• Partner with third-party vendor and IT to test, manage and maintain commercial RCM dashboard.
• Design, develop, implement and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualization tools.
• Provide program management and coordination to data and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners for seamless integration of technical products.
• Ensure accurate and timely data updates, enhancements and future development.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• 5+ years in an analytics role, preferably within the healthcare or RCM domain.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in data visualization and dashboard development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
• Tableau Certified Professional or equivalent experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with databases and query languages.
