Senior Smartsheet Developer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Smartsheet Developer with hands-on experience in managing complex Smartsheet environments, including Control Center deployment, workflow automation, and dashboard/reporting enhancements.

In Short

• Design, develop, and enhance Smartsheet solutions, including sheets, reports, dashboards, and forms.
• Manage and deploy Control Center, including Global Updates, Blueprint Templates, and project provisioning.
• Build complex databases within Smartsheet, using advanced formulas and data structures.
• Create automations for business processes and ensure smooth collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and maintain dashboards with dynamic charting and real-time reporting features.
• Integrate Smartsheet with external tools using KingswaySoft, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Support data flows between Smartsheet and structured/semantic databases (SQL, RDF, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to ensure smooth delivery of workflow and data solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Smartsheet development experience.
• Proven experience with Smartsheet Control Center (project provisioning, blueprint templates, global updates).
• Strong command of Smartsheet formulas, automations, and dashboards.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Power Automate, Zapier) and API-based data connections.
• Solid programming foundation in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, or semantic data models.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Comfortable working in remote, cross-functional teams.
