Overview

Portoro is seeking an experienced CFO to lead our financial operations and strategy, overseeing a small finance team and driving growth in the premium vacation rental market.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a CFO in a scaling startup.
• Experience in fundraising, M&A, and fund accounting.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing financial teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct.
• Experience in property management or real estate software is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives in a startup environment.
