• Design and run experiments across the full funnel.

• Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager.
• Own the strategy and execution of demand generation programs.
• Track key metrics like CAC, pipeline contribution, and conversions.
• Build scalable workflows to improve conversion rates.
• Run growth experiments and report on performance.
• Optimize landing pages and website flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Focus on growth, digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI-native tools.
• Data-first, experimental approach to growth.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.
