  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound pipeline building to closing deals.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead outbound efforts to acquire new clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth post-sale handovers.
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to refine sales messaging.
  • Report on pipeline status and share insights with teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
  • Native-level proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong track record in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in entering new regional markets.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and a customer-first mindset.
  • Process-driven approach to managing sales pipelines.
