Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in property & casualty claims
• Familiarity with claims handling systems and estimate software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Adherence to policies and procedures
• Independent and organized work style
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with documentation and compliance
