Overview

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading our procurement activities and contributing to the overall success of our company. This role demands someone with great multitasking abilities, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and packaging components.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting negotiations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular assessments.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor market trends affecting procurement costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand procurement needs.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain.

Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mentality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a group.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• 4+ years’ experience in direct procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Food/Beverage CPG experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
