Pontera is a fintech company on a mission to help people retire better. Our software platform enables retirement savers to get the help they need managing their 401(k) and other retirement plan accounts as part of a personalized strategy by their trusted financial advisor.

In Short

• Own and manage a full life cycle recruiting process.
• Create a positive end-to-end interview experience for candidates.
• Source and attract high-caliber talent.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for each role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Work closely with the Chief People Officer on hiring strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening and facilitate debrief sessions.
• Extend and negotiate employment offers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Passion for recruiting the best talent.
• Impeccable attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration.
• Positive attitude and commitment to candidate experience.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
