In Short

• Own the onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong documentation skills for simplifying complex processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems and organized record-keeping.
• Exceptional organizational and process management abilities.
• Proven relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
• Experience in the web3 industry is a plus!
