Overview

As a Solutions Analyst at PointClickCare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and resolving technical queries related to our cloud-based healthcare applications.

In Short

  • Provide empathetic, high-quality support to clients.
  • Develop deep expertise in cloud-based software.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues through log analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet service delivery standards and KPIs.
  • Document customer interactions using the help desk system.
  • Work weekdays from 11 AM to 8 PM EST.
  • Occasional overtime, weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts required.
  • Experience in SaaS customer support preferred.
  • Familiarity with PointClickCare software is a strong asset.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows in long-term care.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • High level of customer focus and empathy.
  • Experience with web-based SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience in Clinical Administration or HealthTech preferred.
