IT Support Analyst (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst (Contractor) to join our IT team, serving as the primary contact for IT-related requests and incidents. This role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

• Serve as the first line of support for IT requests through Jira Service Management.
• Manage employee lifecycle by provisioning and deprovisioning accounts and equipment.
• Prepare new hire equipment and lead onboarding sessions.
• Support hybrid workplace infrastructure, including Zoom and Google Meets.
• Contribute to improvements in automation and operational workflows.
• Enhance internal documentation and IT processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for strategic IT solutions.
• Adhere to ITIL-based support practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT support.
• Expertise with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Okta.
• Knowledge of Okta administration.
• Familiarity with Mac OS and JAMF or similar MDM solutions.
• Ability to support executive-level users.
