PointClickCare is on a mission to help healthcare providers deliver exceptional care, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our AI Platform to drive the operationalization of AI models and enhance our product offerings.

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI models in the AI platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and User Experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with ML/NLP in production use cases.
• Experience with commercial tools or custom-built data platforms.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and its applications.
• Proven track record of managing products and driving innovation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile practices.
• Experience in SaaS and PaaS environments.
