In Short

• Build and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services and APIs.
• Develop user-facing features using modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful features.
• Continuously learn and grow, experimenting with emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the platform.
• Work in an Agile environment, helping to iterate and refine products quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Elixir, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience in front-end development with modern web technologies like React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), APIs, and web infrastructure.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies or OpenAI platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and best practices for coding and software development.
