Overview

This role involves supporting plusX, a non-profit social startup, in achieving financial sustainability and exploring new funding sources to promote social participation.

In Short

• Write and manage funding applications.
• Engage and support donors through personal outreach and online campaigns.
• Develop fundraising materials, including texts and presentations.
• Enhance and implement fundraising strategies.
• Generate ideas for fundraising events, such as sponsor runs and donation occasions.
• Effectively communicate our vision in various formats.

Requirements

• Willingness to volunteer for a fairer society.
• Strong communication skills, structured, and strategic thinking.
• Experience in fundraising, marketing, or project management is ideal.
• Availability of approximately 4-6 hours per week (flexible, remote possible).
