In Short

• Manage operations and maintenance of energy storage sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety and electrical policies.
• Perform quality and safety inspections on maintenance activities.
• Deliver updates on site maintenance activities.
• Identify and report critical issues to maximize uptime.
• Support field O&M providers with maintenance or repairs.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to onsite technicians.
• Ensure compliance with NERC and ERCOT guidelines.
• Coordinate activities between site management and O&M providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related area or five years’ experience.
• Minimum of two years direct experience in BESS and/or Solar site operations preferred.
• Sound knowledge of safe industrial work practices.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Electrical, Inverter and BESS certifications preferred.
• HV electrical certification or experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand electrical & mechanical schematics.
• Experience in electrical isolation procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 30lbs.
