Senior Front-End Software Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Design and develop user-focused web applications.
• Utilize JavaScript, NodeJS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Ensure scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Work in an Agile, test-driven (TDD/BDD), and CI/CD environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive improvements in performance, automation, and accessibility.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Participate in pair programming and software component development.
• Support the full development life cycle.
• Learn and adopt new tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Agile development environment.
• Experience collaborating with delivery teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues.
• Proactive in identifying and communicating risks.
• Excellent understanding of JavaScript, NodeJS, React or Angular.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with managing work in Jira and using Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
